Test sieves JIS Z 8801
The mesh is made of metal wires woven at right angles (plain weave). However, we have made flat top weaves with a nominal aperture of 2.36 mm or more, which weave by bending metal wires in advance in order to prevent sieving. It is stipulated that a sieve mesh with a nominal mesh size of 45 μm or less may be a twill weave. Plain weaving is used from 2mm to 45μm.
Plain woven wire mesh
This is a basic weave with vertical and horizontal lines intersecting alternately. The mesh is stable, so accurate and efficient screening can be performed.

Twill wire mesh
Both the vertical and horizontal lines are arranged in two rows, each of which alternates with a delay of one step. It is suitable for weaving fine meshes and has the advantage that weaving can be done with thick lines.

Flat top wire mesh
It is a weaving method suitable for coarse and medium lump, and is woven with a flat processed line so that the sieve surface is smooth.

Calibration certificate / manufacturer inspection / re-inspection
Since October 2016, we have been accredited by ISO / IEC 17025 measuring institutions.
In 2020, in addition to the conventional calibration range of the JIS Z 8801 test sieve frame (φ75, φ150, φ200, φ300), the non-JIS standard frame (φ50, φ100, φ203, φ250) that was out of the range The range has been expanded so that the apertures of 13 μm and 16 μm (tolerance equivalent to 20 μm) can be calibrated.
We have established a system for more reliable calibration, and we will carry out calibration work in the following form from orders received after November 1, 2020.
① Calibration certificate: Limited to new products
• Aperture size and frame dimensions within the JIS Z 8801 standard
• Frames outside the JIS standard (φ50, φ100, φ203, φ250, etc.)
• Aperture sizes outside the JIS standard (13 μm, 16 μm)
② Manufacturer inspection: products already delivered and used products
• Measured according to the inspection method specified in JIS Z 8801
• Issuance of aperture inspection report
③ Re-inspection: test sieves already delivered with an inspection report or calibration certificate
• Measured according to the inspection method specified in JIS Z 8801
• Issuance of aperture re-inspection report
* Every format includes the calibration certificate or inspection report for the measuring instrument and a traceability system chart.
* Calibration is limited to new products. For inspection and re-inspection, we may decline items that are excessively dirty or damaged.
* Frame dimensions are limited to a maximum inner diameter of φ300; anything larger cannot be calibrated or inspected.
